SMS / Text Message Communications

By texting a code to one of our Agent Text numbers, you consent to receive an automated reply containing property information. Your phone number is shared with the agent who owns that code so they can follow up about the property. You may opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Agent Text does not sell mobile phone numbers collected through the service and does not share them with third parties other than the agent who owns the code you texted.

Aggregated Statistics

Agent Text may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website and usage of its service. Agent Text may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Agent Text does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
